Areas of Support

When a child enters the world, their caregivers are often forgotten. My goal is to prioritize the well-being of parents so that they can be their best selves for their kids. Each and every person deserves support during times of vulnerability and significant milestones, such as the transition into parenthood. There is no other experience that is quite as life-changing than taking responsibility for another human who is completely reliant on you for their survival.

This is why I make it a priority to offer services at an accessible price.

  • Preconception

This session is great for singles or couples who are on-the-fence about whether to enter the realm of parenthood, as well as those who have decided to begin trying for a child.

We will chat about understanding the menstrual cycle, tracking the cycle, and other topics that should be considered at this stage of parenthood such as support networks, finances, and everything else.

  • I'm pregnant!

In this session, we may discuss what type of supports you’d like to journey with along this journey, any feelings or anxieties you may be feeling, the various milestones in pregnancy and what you can anticipate in each one.

Part of this package also includes conversations around pregnancy and infant loss.

  • PostPartum

You’ve had your baby and made it to the other side. If you find that your family could use support in navigating all that this tender season brings whether it is around the physical and emotional waves of postpartum, or baby care, or simply needing assurance, this package has you covered.

Support included in thsi offering ursing or formula feeding, reflux, or baby routines and sleep.

  • Parenting

Parenting can bring up a lot of triggers and emotions from our own childhood. This package offers space for parents to discuss anything that may be coming up in terms of relationship challenges, postpartum anxiety or depression.

As I am not a medical professional, if our conversations indicate that involving a doctor or therapist will be in your best interest, a referral can be made.
