Here you will find all my packaged offerings, priced in Canadian Dollars. At this time, I feel best-equipped to support parents of children aged 3 and younger given the trainings and certifications I’ve completed to-date.
Some of the packages will require an intake form to be filled out; if applicable, the form needs to be completed at least 24 hours prior to the initial session. The packages list Zoom specifically but if you prefer to use FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Google to meet instead, just let me know.
Please note that I offer 15-minute discovery calls at no cost to you, and encourage everyone to utilize it so that we may ensure that I am able to adequately meet your needs prior to any purchase. If none of the offerings below meet your needs, you may use the contact form to connect with me - we can create something that resonates for you.

Prenatal & Postpartum Priorities
In this offering, I work with families from the beginning of their third trimester (26 weeks) until the end of the fourth trimester (12 weeks postpartum). The goal in our work together will be to prepare your hearts and homes for the major transition that parenthood brings.
Some topics that often arise:
- how to prioritize sleep and rest with a newborn
- what to expect of baby feeding
- sleeping arrangements for your and your new baby
- nursery prep/essentials for new families
- emotionally preparing for all outcomes of birth and recovery
- relationship dynamics postpartum
- sharing the mental load and taking shifts
Part of this offering for families local to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are a hospital visit after birth, a visit to the home to support the new family within the first few days postpartum to support breastfeeding, sleeping, etc. I also offer 6 hours of babysitting that can be used all at once or over two visits. Parents usually use this opportunity to sleep, go to an appointment, or go on a date.
Cost: $650
